AcroYoga is a partner practice of lifting others up and finding balance. There are three roles: base, flyer, and spotter. The base lifts up the flyer in an endless possibility of postures. The flyer does their best to be easily lifted into the air. The spotter is there in case the flyer starts to fall and does their best to maintain safety for all. The practice of acroyoga can help people dissolve fears and invites practitioners to tap into new and infinite possibilities of communication, trust, and connection. By combining acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts, the practice of AcroYoga is a wonderful way exercise, have fun, and connect with others.
