Our personal trainers have knowledge and training of general fitness, rehabilitation, nutrition, and overall wellness. They instruct, teach, and motivate individuals one on one or in group settings in exercise activities including cardio, strength training, stretching, flexibility, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Our trainers measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments and track their progress towards self-identified goals. They educate their clients on many aspects of wellness and teach them the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They help clients develop and maintain an individualized fitness and nutrition plans to help clients meet their goals.
